On a more positive note, it meant I was able to explore Liverpool for the first time, and see what the city had to offer. And I wasn't disappointed....
I'm really enjoying photography, taking photos is one of my hobbies, and I'm really proud of the progression I'm making.
My dad and I was so excited about visiting the World Museum, I would highly recommend you visit if you're in the area, it was free entry, and had four floors of fascinating things...it was worth it. There's a Bug House, Aquarium, Planetarium, Treasure House Theatre, Natural History Centre, there's just so much to see and do, it was extremely interesting.
How gorgeous are the buildings?! I was continuously whacking out my camera to take snaps as pretty much every building was breath taking. It had all the London vibes, it was stunning.
Because we had to wait around for the passport for four hours, it meant we got to take a nice scenic walk round the city, admiring the buildings, the lakes, the shops...we stopped off for a Starbucks (how could we not?), ate dinner at Yates, which was absolutely delicious, and had an ice cream by the sea. Oh how I do love to be beside the sea, it's one of my happy places.
I was most excited by this little cafe. I ran straight over and immediately started photographing it, I have an obsession with America, so this yellow bus gave me all the feels.
All in all it was a great day out, my dad and I both said we'd love to go back, it had so much to offer, and I love how a lot of the museums we passed had free entry. The day ended perfectly as I got a new passport haha, so don't worry, you will see another travel post very, very soon of my trip to Italy! Oh and a vlog!!
Thank you for all your support it means the world to me! Let me know in the comments below if you've ever been to Liverpool before?! If not, have you gone on holiday this year? XOXO B.
