LUSH REVIEW: INTERGALACTIC

Become the guardian of your own galaxy!

Lush is lush. Enough said really...

I love taking Lush baths and then sitting down to review them for you, you can thank me later. I wrote more about Lush as a company and its ethics in my first Lush review, so if you're a sceptic and or want some more information then you can read that post here

I'll make this post short and sweet. Not like me.

I don't think I originally liked the scent of this when I first picked it up in the shop however, I'm now a fan. Some of the ingredients include 'Cooling and invigorating Peppermint Oil', 'Uplifting and refreshing Grapefruit Oil', 'Restorative and relaxing Vetivert Oil' and 'Toning and balancing Cedarwood Oil'. Oh and it's £3.95!

I HAVE to share with you the description on the Lush website, it sounds absolutely amazing:
Ever wondered what bathing in deep space would be like? Invite the cosmos into your bathroom with this sexy, interstellar bomb and become the guardian of your own galaxy. An awesome mix of refreshing peppermint and neon colour sends your mood rocketing, while popping candy takes you on a trip around the Milky Way. Constellations swirl and pop, creating vibrant lustre vortexes in the night sky. Before you leap too far, rogue layers of Vetivert and cedarwood take hold, evoking the warmth of human contact far from home and a hint of 80s aftershave. Return from your intergalactic brief encounter as the grounding scent brings you gently back from orbit.

Like if that doesn't make you want to buy it, then I don't know what will. I loved watching the colours burst out and fill my bath, it definitely did remind me of outer space. Even when the colours mixed together the bath still looked beautiful. With The Experimenter (one of my faves btw) the water turned a murky green/grey colour, but with this it turned a gorgeous glittery blue, I was in awe.

You can see for yourself.

Have you ever tried Intergalactic before? If not, have you tried any other Lush products out recently? Let me know in the comments below! XOXO B.

  1. Argh I haven't had a Lush bath for so long! Going shopping on Saturday, I think I'll stick Intergalactic at the top of my list.

I tend to sway more towards bubble bars but this just looks so dreamy :) xx
